The most rewarding part of visiting the new neighbourhood was meeting a strange but wonderful guy (Francis, yes, I am refering to you). At least, we share the common definition of the word "con"-tractor.
We certianly met one, and he took his own sweet time to renovation the house only when he is free(exactly one year to be precise) and we did not even do anything big!

I suppose being described as "strange" is better than "queer" ... Although modesty might prevent me from saying so - I would prefer the word "fascinating". Whatever - Welcome To the Neighbourhood!; despite the Bonkeys and the like! Cheers!
