MKA Dogshow in KL Malaysia

Tony decided that he wanted to self torture and to drive up to KL on last Sunday morning and drive back in the evening. He has asked me to go with him to keep him awake for the whole 210mins drive. (Yes, I brought needles to poke him the minute he zzzzzz)

Two purposes, to watch the MKA dogshow, where our buddies are showing their "lap cheong" champions (of course they won!) and to collect a retired champion cocker spaniel home. Visit the site here!

I know you guys would be interested to see some of the participants.. I mean the dogs lah!

  1. I'll bring needles too next time we go for a long drive! Or do you prefer loud barks into your ears?

  4. I love that Dachshund which looks exactly like the one I had decades ago. She lived over 90 years, if one man-year is equivalent to seven dog-years!

  5. hahaha,.. that Chewbacca, he is only 1 year old..

Australian sheepdogs all look like that..

Chewbacca is a Bearded Collie and not a Australian Sheepdog!! Same family as far as origin but different breed.

  7. Good looking dogs, but they look really cleaned and groomed. I wonder if they every get to play outside like I do? I like a bath and trim every couple of weeks, but I also like the feel of dirt under my paws. Just a different way of life I guess.

  9. wow! is this a really classy competition? why are all the participant's owners dressed so formally? wasn't it hot? better dressed than professional snooker.
