Friends of the Cats Welfare Society and a team of volunteers started our own campaign to re-home the stray cats, and housed the healthy one to prevent merciless killings.
Christabelle (my close friend) and her team took in abt 150 cats into our house and provide a "temporary" animal shelter, hoping that once the pandemic is over, the cats can be re-home or adopted.
We managed to re-home the more beautiful cats, the kitten, the long hairs (most of them in my home because of their need for aircon) and the balance of the unclaimed cats are still with us.
Just last week, Sunflower, a beautiful blogger, bought some cats food for the shelter... Thank you.
So if you know of anyone who wish to adopt a cat, a kitten, or who is willing to support such a cause in animal welfare and protection, please let me know.

My dogs are cats friendly, in fact they play with them eat with them and sleep with them.
Like all children, they do quarrel once in a while.. but they do kiss and make up

The cats on rack is amusing - as though they are cat statues on display. (Brings to mind the cat statues in Kuching.)

There's no SPCA in SGP who will temporary house them until they get adopted?
Are they neutered? Or they will reproduce and you will have a lot more in the end.
I already have a cat, adopted from SPCA. I do know some cat lovers in SGP, see if I can check with them if they are interested.
When I go to SGP next, I'll bring you some cat food and cat litter. :P
Hi ZM, yes there is SPCA in Sg.. but they can only do so much due to lack of funds too.
Yes, all the cats are neutered once they are caught.
This way, we can ensure that no additional unwanted strays kittens.
I love neows... but have too many of them cramped in my humble abode. So cant help you. =(

At last they have complete attention of EVERYONE in the house! we know that they like to get brushed. All those kitty's in a room with alot of TOYS! watch out there are some hiding behind a door, waiting to pounce on you. They all are KINGS! And they can pick any direction and have alot of fun.woof-woof
