Why Death?

Why do people know that the end of life is Death and yet attached to all this samsaric actions. Is it "when you are in this world, you have no control of your own fate? 人在江湖，身不由己 " as people always say.

We can't let go of anything.. thinking that we own them and we established so much and worked so hard to get them.

Coupled with anger, hatred and greed, I have seen the most intelligent people dying a terrible, fearful and regretful death in my course of work. If only, they are aware of life and death early…. But even if they are aware, they cannot accept this fact.

It is very difficult and need a whole life of cultivation.

I also dun know what will happen if I die, but I am starting to learn that it will come one day and I am learning to prepare for it. One day at a time.

Which remind the teachings which I received from a Rinpoche from the Sakya tradition, which I will forever be grateful for this .

"If you are attached to this life, you are not a true spiritual practitioner.

If you are attached to samsara, you do not have renunciation.

If you are attached to your own self-interest, you have no bodhichitta.

If there is grasping, you do not have the View."

May I rudely ask you... Are you afraid of DEATH?
