A note to a dear friend

Everyone dies, and we just have to live a meaningful life before we go...

Well, everyone met someone in this life... and through their actions and reactions, linked emotional, psychologically and physically at some point in time... Such linkage may cause joy, happiness and may also cause hurt and pain. We can choose to remember all the pain and torture ourselves with such emotions... but I would choose to have good memories of good times, and grateful that such good things happened. And it is not about going to the sad part of wanting more or wishing that the good things will continue...

All things, good or bad will end one day. Life is like that, we just have to accept this fact and find meaning in this balance of our life.

My lecturing and research on death and dying have help me understand more about things... it is important that I understand what is happening to me and the people around me...

Live your life with meaning... help anyone who needs helps, the old lady in the hospital, the friends and anyone who come your path... volunteer to help out in charity organisation, make your life beneficial to everyone around u.

Be kinder today, for everyone u meet is fighting their own battle in life.

U can see that, everyone has something to be unhappy about... and if u gives more kindness, u will get tons back...

And nasty things limits its own use... after a while, who will suffer if u are sad or angry. U?

So cheer-up. Have some fun, meet your family members and go somewhere, makes new kind friends, or keep your existing good and kind friends. And stay away from harmful people

Keep smiling.

Today is a new day.
